=== SuperTuxKart Online Terms and Conditions === You must agree to these terms in order to create an account on the SuperTuxKart Online site. The SuperTuxKart Online service is designed to be a repository exclusively for SuperTuxKart addon content. All uploaded content must be intended for this purpose. When you upload your content, it will be available publicly on the internet, and will be made available in-game for download. SuperTuxKart aims to comply with the Debian Free Software Guidelines (DFSG). You may not upload content which is locked down with a license prohibiting modification and/or redistribution. Licenses such as the "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International" (CC-BY-SA 4.0) license, or other DFSG-compliant licenses are highly recommended. All content taken from third-party sources must be attributed properly, and must also be available under a license allowing modification and redistribution. Licenses and attribution should be included in a "license.txt" file in each uploaded archive. Uploads without proper licenses or attribution may be deleted without warning. Even with valid licenses and attribution, neither addon content, nor usernames, nor any other content, shall contain any of the following: - Profanity - Explicit content - Hateful messages, images, and/or content - Any other content that may be considered unsuitable for children In addition, any deliberate attempt to artificially manipulate the in-game ranking system (e.g. cheating, sandbagging, boosting, etc.) is strictly prohibited. At the sole discretion of the moderators, the ranking of players may be modified or removed at any time. At the sole discretion of the moderators, any of your uploads, and/or your account, may be removed at any time. Moderators hold the right to change, add, or remove any content at any time, with or without notice. For example, content may be modified to be compatible with new game versions, to use additional game features, and/or to fix issues. By creating an account on this website, you are confirming that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions. If your account violates these terms and conditions, any of your uploads, and/or your account, may be removed at any time.
